Consultancy engagements can be paid in installments across the contract. We confirm the schedule in writing before any work starts.

Can I pay for consultancy in installments?
Yes. The 12-month SME and Corporate engagements are normally paid in installments across the contract period. We agree the schedule in writing before work begins.
What is not included in the published price?
Government fees, license charges, third-party certification costs, courier and shipping charges, and travel outside Dhaka are billed at actual cost. We flag any of these before you commit.
Do you offer a refund if the program is not right for me?
Our refund terms are set out in full on the refund policy page. Talk to us before enrolling if you are unsure which program fits — we would rather place you correctly than process a refund.
Is there a cheaper way to start?
Yes. The Friday live session is free and the 3-Hour Session is BDT 299, so you can judge how we teach before committing to a larger program. Our free resources and blog cost nothing at all.
