Refund Policy

Mentorship & consultancy programs. Refunds for mentorship and consultancy programs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of enrollment, before program materials are accessed or sessions begin.
3-hour sessions. 3-hour session fees (BDT 299) are non-refundable once the session has been attended. Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session may receive a credit toward a future session.
General policy
Export Sheba strives to deliver high-quality export training and consultancy. Refund eligibility depends on the specific program purchased.
